Check out this week's featured rescue dogs at our shelter in Kent

Visitors to our greyhound kennels in Kent often find it difficult to choose a favourite from our beautiful and affectionate rescue dogs. For this reason, Croftview has implemented our “Dogs of the Week” page. Each week we will feature two dogs that have been chosen by kennel staff who deserve a special mention as well as our Kennelhand's 'Pick of the Week'.

DOGS OF THE WEEK

Photo of Goldie

Obee

A dear little soul, she finds new situations a little scary as she initially did when she first arrived with us. After some time she quickly realised that things weren't so bad and is now a cheeky, playful little girl, she will more than likely have the same reaction when she first goes home. An understanding and patient owner who gives her the time she needs to adjust will quickly have a very little girl on their hands. A lovely girl who is sure to make a great family pet.

PLUNKETT

Plunkett can be a real loving and caring boy and absolutely adores people, so much so he doesn't like to share his personal space with another dog. For this reason Plunkett would need to be an only pet. He doesn't mind being out walking with other dogs and playing with them he just doesn't like sharing his home with them.
He adores people and loves nothing more than a hug and kiss and being told how handsome he is. He adores his food and this is a quick way to his heart and you would quickly have his undying love and loyalty.

OUR KENNELHAND'S CHOICE OF THE WEEK

Every week one of our kennelhands chooses a greyhound that they feel is most deserving of a new home. This week's choice was made by kennelhand Alison.

Alison Say's
"Jamie is a typical handsome black boy with a big heart.  Initially when you first meet Jamie he may be a bit shy but he quickly comes round and is then very affectionate. He will gives kisses and loves cuddles.
At the moment Jamie is a little lonely as his long term kennels mate has gone home. Please come and meet Jamie, you will find him patiently waiting at his kennel door for his forever home "
